Tips for the Bride
Your Hair and Makeup Trial is important. That’s why we’ve included it in the price! On your wedding day, you will be under a lot of stress. It is not a good day to decide on hair and make-up. After all, these will be immortalized in your wedding day pictures. Make sure to bring your veil or headpiece to your Hair and Make-Up Trial. We also suggest scheduling your trial one month prior to your wedding day.
All of our bridal services start with a free bridal consultation. This is how we ensure your satisfaction. During your personalized consultation session, we will ask a series of questions to help us understand your needs. Please bring pictures of your wedding dress. You can also bring pictures of any make-up or hairstyles that you like. We may recommend additional add-ons if we think it will help you achieve your ideal look.
Finally, drink lots of water, get rest, and leave the rest to us!
Policies
Reservation Deposit Policy
To reserve stylists and a makeup artist, we require a non-refundable deposit for all bridal party bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Sometimes, life just happens. Don’t worry, we get it! However, in order to accommodate clients on our wait list, we ask that you give us a 24-hour notice for cancellations. We also reserve the right to charge 50% of the appointment price.
Late Policy
Weekends are some of our busiest days. As a result, we may be unable to shampoo and condition your hair if you are more than 10 minutes late for your weekend appointment. Instead, an alternative style, or dry style may be available. You also have the option to reschedule your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to perform the salon bridal services that you booked. In this case, our cancellation policy will apply.
